He’ll be happy to connect you with trusted resources that can assist you with as much or as little as you want. Do you need help selling your house? Your Move-In Consultant will be able to obtain current home market values in your area, so you’ll have a good idea what selling price to expect. He’ll also volunteer to find you a first rate real estate agent…one who has the expertise to streamline the entire selling process for you and see to it that you get the best value for your property. Your Consultant can even help obtain a market analysis and offer direction for minor home repairs that may be needed.
When it’s time to start showing your home, your Consultant can offer valuable marketing and curb appeal tips. Or he can connect you with a professional home stager to show your home off to its best advantage.
Daunted by paperwork? Your Move-In Consultant steps in on the administrative front, too. He’ll help decipher closing documents and financial forms, as well as provide sound advice.
